Your records belong to you. Export what you need or review a verified deletion request.

Export or delete

Book CSV remains available in your workspace, including after subscription expiry. A full account export includes your book, saved quotes, conversations, sharing records and payment summaries. Its protected download expires 24 hours after generation.

Deletion immediately ends sign-in and sharing access. Your own profile, book contents and conversations are erased within 30 days. Another company's previously disclosed quote records and necessary financial references may be retained. External copies cannot be recalled. Backup copies depend on the owner's backup lifecycle; maximum aging has not yet been independently verified.
