Subscription
Loading current plans… Recurs until canceled. Normal cancellation stops renewal and preserves provider-confirmed paid-through access. Your original 14-day trial never restarts.
Refund, grace and test-mode terms
First successful positive subscription payment: request a full refund within 168 hours. Refund and immediate paid-subscription cancellation are processed separately. Renewal payments have no routine refund. Eligible failed renewals have at most 72 hours from the original paid-through end; trial and pilot expiry have no grace.
Development billing uses provider test mode only. Public paid release remains disabled pending provider and commercial validation.
Saved data
When access expires, your book, saved jobs, export and sharing revocation remain available. New work and contractor disclosure pause. Verified account export and deletion requests are available from Your data. Deletion immediately withdraws access; the retention worker erases your own data. LXC backups are owner-managed through Proxmox.
