Private book and scoped AI
Your account owns its book and conversations. Contractors receive only job-specific quoted answers when you explicitly enable sharing. Platform administrators can open a time-limited support session in a contractor or subcontractor workspace. These launches are recorded and the workspace displays an Admin view banner. Administrators cannot override your sharing decision; export and deletion are blocked during an admin-launched session. We do not sell price books or authorize secondary model training by our platform.
AI processing uses OpenAI. Relevant job text, recent conversation and a small authorized set of item labels/units/conditions may be sent for interpretation; labels can also be sent for search embeddings. Money is validated and calculated by application code. Provider retention/training settings have not been independently verified for this deployment; this notice does not promise that a third-party processor retains nothing.
Uploads and retention
Original upload files are processed in memory and are not retained. Confirmed normalized facts, necessary provenance and account data remain for the account lifetime, including subscription expiry. Abandoned previews are purged within 7 days; canceled previews within 24 hours. Diagnostic/provider request metadata is retained up to 30 days. Minimal security/audit/deletion records target 365 days. Longer required financial or other-owner record exceptions are reported with deletion requests.
Export
Owner book CSV is available while subscribed or expired. Verified full-account exports are queued and have an authenticated 24-hour protected download after generation. Export downloads are not public links.
Deletion and other owners
Verified account deletion immediately disables sign-in and grants. A bounded worker erases your own profile, book contents and conversations within 30 days, normally sooner. Another company's previously disclosed immutable financial quote records and necessary payment references may be retained independently. You receive an honest retained-record explanation and a private receipt for progress after sign-in ends. External copies cannot be recalled.
Backups and restore
The owner manages infrastructure backups. The approved target is 35 days of backup aging after the last containing snapshot; configuration and physical expiry have not been independently verified. If primary erasure takes30 days, this target could allow up to 65 days after the request. Restoration requires the latest authoritative deletion/revocation ledger before access is reopened. An old snapshot alone is not proof that access is current.
Beta access requests
If you request beta access, we keep your email, business name, role and message for up to 30 days so the operator can review the request. This does not create an account or start a trial. Requests can be reviewed in the operator workspace; they are not a promise of access or an email-delivery confirmation.
Product and operator
PriceDesk is a tool from AiBotPro.Ai. The final legal operator name is not yet established. This is a development service; commercial operator and policy review must be completed before paid public release.
