PriceDesk is a tool from AiBotPro.Ai. Its final legal operator details are not yet established. Stripe is the planned payment provider; a live paid account has not been configured.
Your pricing
You own your price book. Enter and confirm your own amounts, units and conditions. The app calculates from confirmed values; review recognized scope and the saved quote before using or copying it. Unsupported tax, discounts, minimums and automatic adjustments must be resolved before a quote is complete.
Account access and charges
New subcontractors receive one 14-day trial beginning at successful signup. First quote confirmation completes onboarding without restarting the trial. An explicitly authorized pilot can receive a separate finite 30-day period. Neither trial nor pilot authorizes a charge.
The approved future subscription is $15 USD monthly or $150 USD upfront annually, recurring until canceled. Billing in this development app supports test mode only. Normal cancellation preserves verified paid-through access and stops renewal. The first positive subscription payment is eligible for a refund requested within 168 hours; refund and immediate paid-subscription cancellation are processed separately. Routine renewal refunds are unavailable. Verified failed renewals can receive at most 72 hours from the original paid-through end; trial/pilot expiry has no grace.
Sharing and copied quotes
A contractor referral does not share your prices. Only you can enable sharing with a verified named company. Sharing allows itemized quotes for requested jobs and retained historical quotes. Revocation stops subsequent app query/history/copy access, but cannot erase texts, screenshots or copies already delivered. A later explicit regrant restores access to retained quotes. Independent legacy GC-owned submissions remain under their original ownership and are outside a new grant's revocation boundary.
Expiry, export and deletion
Subscription expiry preserves owner viewing, book export and grant revocation while new work and contractor disclosure pause. You can request a protected full account export or verified account deletion in Your data. See the privacy notice for erasure, retained financial records and backup limitations.

Use Help and support for access, billing, errors or data requests. No delivery, response-time or availability guarantee has been established during development. Material terms will be reviewed before paid public release.
